I’ve been trying this with a cat diagnosed with ckd. Although she has never been a big eater of dry food i have had trouble switching her to wet renal food. She actually quite likes this and will eat significant amounts of it, not just as a snack between meals. Clearly it’s actually tasty rather than bland (unlike the renal wet food which doesn’t seem to be popular) – the kibbles appear to have a soft filling inside the crunchy coating, a bit like cat treats. I will certainly be buying this again, as it’s been proving useful in the process of switching her diet to a low phosphorus one.

Purchased for my cat when he was ill, but sadly he passed away before this product could be of any help to him.
Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Renal Feline Select 2kg : Feline select version better than the ones bought before. The item was delivered very promptly. The renal “select” kibble are different to the other ones we have ordered which was a tip that i’d got from another review. My 19 yr old cat has trouble with her teeth but cannot go under anesthetic but she can handle these. They seem to be less solid but just as crunchy. Will get these again for her.
